Vessels carrying
dangerous cargo and/or vessels 500 GT and above, about to depart from ports in
the Sea of Marmara, shall submit sailing plan SP 1 Report at least 6 hours prior
to their departure.
TUBRAP reports should be properly prepared and sent to the VTSC in a timely manner.
The SP 1 report is of great
importance to efficient traffic management. As failure to provide
SP 1 report in a timely manner may cause delays, traffic congestion and waiting,
vessels
that fail to comply may be excluded from the daily traffic plan.
